Prices and servicesApproximate prices of accommodation and other services are listed in the presentation materials of the accommodation provider (websites, prospectuses, etc.) However, the price stated in the accommodation voucher (hereinafter referred to as the voucher) is binding for the customer. Their voucher breakdown is obligatory. The landlord is entitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases beyond his control (eg force majeure).2. Cancellation by the customerYou can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. If canceled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged. The cancellation should be in electronic writing form (email with confirmation) to recepce@ApartmanyKarlovyDvory.cz. The date and time of sending the email is decisive for determining the period of cancellation. In exceptional cases (last minute, illness) individual cancellation fees can be arranged.3. ValidityThese business and cancellation conditions are an integral part of the accommodation order and accommodation voucher.​
