Additional Business Terms:1. Prices, payments and servicesIndicative prices for accommodation and any other services are listed in the presentation materials of the accommodation provider (websites, brochures, etc.). However, the price for the customer is stated in the voucher. The scope of the contractually agreed services and prices is binding on their breakdown in the voucher. The landlord is entitled to change the agreed terms of stay in cases that can not affect (eg force majeure).1. a) For reservations at a discounted price, the operator of the accommodation facility is entitled to request the whole amount for accommodation and other ordered services IN ADVANCE and WHEN the order is received. Non-payment (for any reason) by the customer is considered as a customer's request to withdraw from the order, the reservation is immediately canceled.1. b) In the case of reservations at a standard price, PAYMENT ON THE ARRIVAL IS REQUIRED, arrival is possible ONLY as follows:Monday: 14: 00-16: 30Tuesday-Saturday: 14: 00-18: 00Sunday: 14: 00-16: 302. Cancellation of the customer's stayCustomer is entitled to cancel the order at any time before arrival. Cancellation of the stay requires a written electronic form (e-mail with delivery) to apartmany@salabka.cz. The date and time of the email is decisive for determining the cancellation period.2. a) Cancellation fees (Large groups may be subject to individual cancellation fees.)I. Reservation at the current price:- cancellation within 24 hours before arrival - free of charge- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the day of arrival - Cancellation fee for the first night stay including the ordered services (breakfast, etc)- Cancellation on the day of arrival or non-arrival - 100% of the booked nights including the ordered servicesII. Discounted, non-refundable, multiple nights discount, early booking, last minute, etc.- the price of the ordered services is charged immediately when landlord receives the reservation. This reservation CANNOT be canceled or changed free of charge (including number of guests, date of stay, room type) in any case.- cancellation fee for reservation at a discounted price is ALWAYS 100% of the booked nights including the ordered servicesIII. The landlord will not charge the above mentioned cancellation fees to the customer if he was unable to use the agreed services for the following reasons:family member death, hospitalization of a customer or spouse or son / daughter, call order, natural disaster.The above mentioned facts must be provided by the customer by a written document (medical facility, death certificate, military administration, state administration) to the accommodation provider no later than the day following the day of the raid.3. Validity These business and cancellation terms are an integral part of the order of the accommodation and the voucher. The decisive version is in the Czech language, in the case of disputes, the local court in the Czech Republic is competent to resolve, the law and the laws of the Czech Republic are decisive.​​
