Prices and ServicesIndicative prices for accommodation and any other services are listed in the accommodation provider's presentation materials (websites, brochures, etc.). However, the price shown in the accommodation voucher (hereinafter referred to as the voucher) is binding for the customer. For the range of contractually agreed services and prices, their breakdown in the voucher is binding. The host is entitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases beyond his control (e.g. force majeure).2. Cancellation of stay by the customerThe customer is entitled to cancel the order at any time before arrival. Cancellation of stay requires written electronic form (email with delivery receipt) to the address info@modrahortenzie.cz. The date and time of sending the email is decisive for determining the time of cancellation of the stay. For larger groups, individual cancellation fees can be negotiated. The accommodation provider will not charge the customer the aforementioned cancellation fees if he could not use the agreed services for the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or a member of his family, serious illness, recall order, natural disaster. The customer is obliged to document the above facts with a written document to the accommodation provider within 3 days of their occurrence at the latest.3. ValidityThese business and cancellation conditions are an integral part of the accommodation order and accommodation voucher (voucher).​Dear guests,welcome to the guesthouse MODRÁ HORTENZIE. Please read the operating rules and follow them.• Each guest must be properly registered at the reception before check-in by presenting a valid identity document and pay for accommodation and services according to the current price lists. After check-in, the guest is given a chip from the room. The guest is obliged to prevent the loss, destruction, damage of this chip and when leaving the hotel is obliged to return the chip to the reception. In case of loss or damage, the guest is obliged to pay a fee of 500 CZK.• Only guests who are registered at the reception can stay in the room. Unaccommodated guests may visit the room only with the consent of the boarding house employee.• Guest accommodation takes place every day from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The room must be vacated on the day of the end of the stay by 11:00 a.m. If the guest does not leave the room at the given time, he is obliged to pay a fee of CZK 500 for each hour started. If the room is reserved for another guest, the guest house employee has the right to vacate this room. If the guest intends to leave the guesthouse before 8:00 a.m., he must report this fact to the reception and pay all his debts no later than the day before departure. If the guest wishes to arrive at a different time, he must arrange to hand over the keys with the reception staff no later than the day before his arrival.• Upon check-in, the guest takes over the room in a clean and fault-free manner. If you discover a defect, please report it to the guesthouse staff immediately. If the hotel or its equipment is damaged due to negligence or intentionally, the guest is obliged to pay for the damage on the spot.• The guest may not move the equipment of the rooms, interfere with the electrical network or other installations without the permission of the pension employee.• Turn off all electrical appliances when you leave.• The guesthouse reserves the right to check the room after the guest's departure.• Continuous cleaning, changing of towels, etc. is carried out by a guest house employee on request.• From 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., the guest is obliged to keep quiet at night.• Use of the pool is at your own risk. It is forbidden to use the pool after 10 p.m.• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the guesthouse.• The boarding house management reserves the right to expel a guest from the accommodation facility if he is under the influence of psychotropic substances or if his actions disrupt the operation of the boarding house.• Children up to 10 years of age can only move around the boarding house when accompanied by a person over 18 years of age.• The guest can request an extension of the stay. The boarding house employee can accommodate him by providing the same or a different room. If there is no room available, the guesthouse may not comply with the guest's wishes.• The pension is not liable for things left in parked vehicles or for valuables found freely around the room.• The boarding house is not responsible for damages caused by the guest in the parking lot of the boarding house to third parties.• Everyone present is obliged to report the danger of fire, a situation requiring police intervention or medical treatment to the boarding house employee.• When leaving, secure your room by pressing the number 2 on the panel before entering the apartment and attach the chip.
