Additional terms and conditions 1. Prices and ServicesIndicative prices for accommodation and any other services are listed in the accommodation provider's presentation materials (website, brochures, etc.). However, the customer is bound by the price shown in the accommodation voucher (hereafter referred to as the voucher). For the range of contractually agreed services and prices their breakdown in the voucher is binding. The host is entitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases beyond his control (e.g. force majeure). 2. Cancellation of stay by the customerThe customer is entitled to cancel the order according to the cancellation conditions of the specific reservation (non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified free of charge).Cancellation of stay requires a written electronic form (email with delivery receipt) to the address booking@hotelotakar.cz. The date and time of sending the email is decisive for determining the time of cancellation of the stay. 3. Group bookings (booking 4 or more rooms)For larger groups, individual cancellation fees can be negotiated and a non-refundable deposit for accommodation may be required 4. ValidityThese business and cancellation conditions are an integral part of the accommodation order and accommodation voucher (voucher). 5.
