Cancellation Policy - Terms and Conditions   1. Prices and services   Accommodation prices and the prices of other services are published in the marketing materials of the proprietor (web site, leaflets etc.). However, the customer is bound by the price printed in the accommodation voucher (the voucher). All other services will be agreed and published in the voucher. The proprietor is legally allowed to amend the terms and conditions of the stay due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. force majeure).   2. Cancellation of the stay by the customer   The customer can cancel the reservation anytime before the arrival. The reservation must be cancelled in writing electronically and sent to the following e-mail address:   info@penzionsenec.sk, rezervacie@penzionsenec.sk   The date and time of the sent email will determine the date of the cancellation of the reservation.   The cancellation fees are as follows:   - 50 - 31 days before the beginning of the stay  - we will charge 10% of the price of the accommodation and the services   - 30 - 16 days before the beginning of the stay  - we will charge 25% of the price of the accommodation and the services - 15 - 4 days before the beginning of the stay  - we will charge 50% of the price of the accommodation and the services - 3 - 1 days before the beginning of the stay or due to failure to arrive  - we will charge 100% of the price of the accommodation and the services.   Cancellation of the reservation for a large group will be subject to special agreed cancellation charges.   The proprietor will not be charging the customer the above cancellation fees due to the following circumstances:   Death in the family Hospitalisation of the customer or the family member Serious illness  Summons Natural disaster   The above circumstances must be confirmed in writing no later than 3 days after they occurred.   3. Validity   The above terms and conditions form an integral part of the reservation of the accommodation and the voucher.   The above terms and conditions are valid from 11th June 2016.
